zhup fan (economy rice) stall always charges my mom more than me though we buy the same stuff. We know this because we bought the same thing on separate occasions and the price differed by 10 to 20 cents.

i've never eaten from the SIM zhup chai stall. wonder if the food's any good? i once had mee soto from the muslim stall, and i pretty much got a dish that would've been better called "noodles with chicken bones".
