Pounding the ground

I just had a lovely 4km run today. Lungs feel like it can handle my deep breaths a bit better, doesn't feel as heavy like a week ago. Body didn't tire as easily. I'm slowly getting back my fitness, but i've still a way to go... Judging by my 100m sprint that i do for fun after my runs. Usually the sprint speed will last the whole way but today i slowed before i hit the finishing 0 meter mark.

I got my mailer from Standard Chartered. To register at a discounted rate, I've got to register soon... So... if any of you girls want to run, we'll do the 10km together. If not, i'll be signing up for the 21km.

Please drop me message when/if you read this.

why only girls... ...
and why only 10km if they're girls?
gender discrimination. sexist. =p

i'd love to run again... if i ever have the discipline to train for such an event -,-'"

you forgot... you're my sister what, so you're most entitled to sign up with me.

and since when was i sexist??? i am a girl, and i am going to run 21km if no one runs with me. (other then the boyflen)

ah, the reason for the distances is cos i've been trying to recruit my cell girls and at least from what i know, they do not run races on a regular basis. So, 10km as a start should be manageable. I've already run 10km last year, so if no one runs with me then i'll attempt 21km. Usually for longer distances, i refrain from having running partners because at a certain point in time, people will begin to run their own races. Either slow down or pick up speed or something... And i don't want to impose on others nor i on others. So... 21km alone, or 10km with my cell girls... And of course, you being my sister, you are also most welcome and cordially invited to join me and my gang.

haiya, you talk so much but don't even train to run! silly ambrose.

my company has subsidies for all these events. all the runs they have, my company is subsidising us to join. but i really hate running. i prefer to walk and hey other than running after the bus. it is a chore, but a necessary evil.whohooooo
