I had my first paper yesterday.

It was a Royal Fiasco.

I've handed it up to the good people to mark it. I cannot do anything about it anymore.

So i've submitted it to God. Because God can do something (if He deems fit).

Royal Fiasco, just means, Big Failure.

Yeah, the weird thing is that if something was not that bad, i would think a lot about it. But this time, it's REALLY BAD. And i MEAN REALLY REALLY BAD. SO BAD that i don't even want to think about it. It's so bad that when i stepped out of the exam hall, i did not check my notes, i did not look at my textbook to check if i did anything right. Why?

Because, EVERYTHING i studied, did not come out. The stuff that i did not memorise CAME OUT. Basically, there was nothing i had to check for because i could not answers the questions. I exited the exam hall half an hour earlier than the end time. And I could have chosen to leave earlier.

That is how bad it went.

It's easy to say don't think too much about it. But then when one thinks about whether one would need to stay back for another semester, it's not something one would want to factor into the future.

I would need to think about adjusting my plans to make way for that if it were to really happen.

i can understand this feeling. my alevels chem was to me total disaster, i cant even understand the qtn much less answer it. ok tis is not a gd example, becos i indeed did poorly. well, then my sis lor, she thought her 1st yr uni all fail leh, then when the results came out, she was surprised. she not only did better than wat she expected, she did better than her frends. and she got a good grade! well, u nv know, maybe wat u wrote was wat the exmainers wanted. think positive, dun let this affect ur other papers. expect things to turn up well and it will. have some faith in God. everyone is behind u dear!

i believe god will give u wat u deserve, maybe not wat u want, but u reap wat u sow ? if u work hard, u wont get a very lousy grade lah

LOL rosie.. *pose* XP
hehe reap what u sow is not necessarily true.. sometimes ppl dun work hard also get results.. -,-'"
ya see, some seeds juz refuse to grow no matter how much effort and attention you've put into it, because you planted it in the wrong conditions.
eg. you've no grasp of the topic. you've no love for the subject. you've no gift/affinity with the sport. blah.
sometimes you may be able to squeeze out a result, but oftimes ya gotta accept the fact that everyone has a place in life, and you may not have found it yet. to find your purpose, to grow in it and prosper.. that is the true idea behind "reap what you sow".
it's not just the effort you put into the harvest. there's many other conditions too =p
reminds me of another story about faith, but that's another story for another time XP
...
i feel like an old man already telling lousy grandfather stories haha XD
